At Little Elebo, all of our products are made especially for you using print-on-demand production. This means each item is created only after an order is placed, helping us reduce waste and ensure thoughtful production.

 Processing Time

Once your order is placed, it enters production.

Processing time: 2–5 business days

This includes printing, quality checks, and preparation for shipping.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during busy periods.

After production, your order is shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.

Estimated shipping times:

UK: 3 – 7 business days

Europe: 4 –12 business days

International: 7 – 25 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to:

- Courier delays

- Customs processing

- Peak seasons or public holidays

As we work with multiple production partners, orders containing more than one item may:

- Be shipped in separate packages

- Arrive on different dates

You will receive tracking information for each shipment when available.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete.

Little Elebo cannot be held responsible for:

Delays or losses due to incorrect addresses

Orders returned to sender because of address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee may apply.

For international orders:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply

These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Little Elebo has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

- Clear photos of the issue
