Little Elebo
At Little Elebo, each item is made especially for you. We collaborate with trusted print-on-demand partners.This allows us to reduce waste and create thoughtful, high-quality pieces for children. As a result, our returns policy differs slightly from traditional retail.
Made-to-order products
All Little Elebo products are made to order, which means we do not hold stock; items are only produced once your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind.
- Incorrect size selected by the customer.
- Personal preference.
Please check size charts and product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or with a printing error, we’re here to help.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number.
- Clear photos showing the issue.
Once the issue has been verified, we will offer one of the following solutions:
A replacement, or
A full or partial refund
In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
Physical returns (exceptional cases only)
In certain exceptional situations, we may request the item to be returned before issuing a refund.
If a return is required, we will provide clear instructions by email.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first.
Shipping notes
As we collaborate with multiple production partners, items from the same order may arrive:
- In separate packages
- At slightly different times
This does not affect your eligibility for support if something goes wrong.
EU Customers – Statutory Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
To exercise this right, notify us within the 14-day cooling-off period at hello@littleelebo.com with your order number and a written statement of withdrawal.
Please note: This right does not apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. As all Little Elebo products are produced on demand, this exemption may apply. We will assess each request individually and will always resolve issues with damaged or faulty items regardless of this exemption.
Refunds for accepted withdrawals will be processed within 14 days using your original payment method. Little Elebo reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount where the customer is responsible for return costs.
